In an analogy with a "tool box", the psychologist Pedro Almeida explores and debates with the participants of this Masterclass, some essential concepts and practices for the affirmation of a successful coach.
This is a 3-hour class, divided into two parts. In the first, Pedro Almeida addresses topics related to:

-Capacity of Leadership and Emotional Management
-Elimination of Behaviors
-Functionality and application of behaviors
The second part of the Masterclass is directed to “The Conflict and the Commitment: concepts and practices”.
Pedro Almeida holds a PhD in Psychology (UNED-Madrid) and its professor at ISPA - Instituto Universitário - where he develops research in the areas of leadership training, team development, coaching, sport and performance psychology.
In this area, he collaborated for 25 years with SL Benfica, having been directly connected to the main team for 7 seasons.
