This license agreement is a legal agreement between the user / subcriter and the company COACH ID - TEAM SPORTS MANAGEMENT with its head office at Rua Externato Paula Vicente nº10 r / c dir, 7860-108 Moura, Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Moura, tax number 514674121 (hereinafter referred to as COACH ID). The use of the terms and conditions constitutes their acceptance and refers to all services provided by COACH ID, namely the Software subscription service (web / mobile), navigation on the websites www.coachidapp.com and www.coachidapp .com and the inscription in the coaching education developed by our company. The information and personal data you provide to us applies to our DATA PROTECTION POLICY. By using the COACH ID Software and our websites you agree with the processing of information and declare true the data provided.
The Software license is valid for a subscriber and for the users who grant the user license. 'Subscriber' means the person / club / company responsible for acquiring (purchasing) the Software. 'User' means any person who has access, by himself or by the subscriber, to the use license. You may not modify or disable any licensing/ control features of the Software except those allowed. This agreement is valid for all types of subscription.
This agreement is valid for subscriptions made from the web and mobile platforms, more precisely the computer, tablet and smartphone. Throughout this agreement we standardize with the term 'Software' the technological tool. It should be noted that, although having very similar designs, the PC and tablet version are two distinct development processes, so even though they automatically share content, they may present slight differences in design and / or functionality.
The subscriber has the right to use the Software with no cost, only to evaluate its performance for a period of fifteen (15) days. After this period, not being acquired, the account will remain active but will not be possibility to edit new data. To remove these restrictions, the subscriber must acquire the permanent license from the Software itself in the 'profile' menu. You must test the Software on your system and fully evaluate its utility and functionality before making your purchase. This approach offers the full assurance that the Software will deliver the desired performance. By registering you agree that:
The ownership and copyrights of the Software are held by COACH ID. Your license confers no title or ownership of the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any rights to the Software beyond your regular use. Commercial use is permitted only to the administrators of the aforementioned company or to persons authorized by them for this purpose. Commercial use means any promotion of the Software, intended or intended primarily for commercial gain.
The Software and all rights, including but not limited to the property rights set forth herein, are owned by COACH ID. The Software is licensed and not sold. You may copy or download content contained in the Software, created by you or the programmer, but you acknowledge that no title to the Software's intellectual property will be transferred to you. COACH ID is a registered trademark in Portugal, as well as his logo. It is therefore expressly prohibited and punishable by law in this country, the use / reproduction of the trademark and the logo.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, modify, translate or disassemble the Software in whole or in part.
The trial period (15 days) works as guarantee. After the subscription of the Software, COACH ID will no longer be able to refund the amount spent by the subscriber, whether the subscription model is (monthly, annual or definitive). Still, the COACH ID team will do everything to solve their customers' problems and needs, which includes evolving Software updates and bug fixes that may exist.
The customer can at any time cancel the service (plan) in the Software itself - PROFILE menu. From that moment you can re-login in order to subscribe the Software again but until then all other actions will be unavailable. The same applies in case it is not possible, on the determined day, to charge the bank account indicated by the client. Note: In any case all data entered will remain active. The customer will not lose any information previously introduced.
The prices indicated on the website (s) associated with COACH ID or at the time of the subscription in the Software itself already include fees. No additional fees will be charged. COACH ID reserves the right to modify the prices but, if this happens, the customer will always have prior access to this information. In order to process your request you must complete the steps indicated. Accepted payment methods are credit card and paypal. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization from your bank. Invoices will be sent via email after charging.
Your privacy is important to COACH ID. We have developed this Privacy Policy to provide you with information about how we treat your personal information when you create an account, submit data, interact with our online services, access to www.coachidapp.com or other COACH ID websites that refer to this Privacy Policy. COACH ID implemented a Personal Data Protection System and Information Security System in order to ensure regulatory compliance and demonstration or disclosure of institutional responsibility for data protection and information security, implementing all technical and organizational measures necessary to comply with the special legal regime of the General Regulation on Data Protection, applicable from 25 May 2018. Personal information provided to COACH ID during registration is only used for internal control purposes. Except if expressly authorized by the subscriber / user, COACH ID will not disclose any personal information to third parties or use it for commercial and advertising purposes.

The categories or types of personal data of users that may be subject to processing are the following: name, date of birth, tax identification number, citizen's card or identity card number, contact details (street, no. , zip code, city, country, phone, mobile phone, e-mail), user name and password. In the case of subscribing the COACH ID Software, it may be necessary to associate your credit card data for subscription, but COACH ID will never have access to such data. If justified, it may also be necessary to collect the personal data of legal representatives.
HOW LONG DO WE GET YOUR PERSONAL DATA? The length of time during which personal data are stored varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. Effectively, there are legal requirements that require us to retain the data for a minimum period of time. If there is no obstruction from the client / user, we will keep the personal data in our database and we may use it for commercial and disclosure purposes.
TO WHO CAN WE TRANSMIT YOUR DATA
COACH ID may disclose all necessary user information to private, judicial or governmental entities when it deems necessary or appropriate to investigate or solve possible problems or inquiries required by law.
WHERE WE KEEP YOUR DATA
COACH ID is responsible for archiving and protecting user data on a dedicated server (Google Cloud Platform) with technical maintenance for the company responsible for the technological development of the Software - Dev2grow, LDA without incurring any additional cost to the user.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THIRD PARTIES
On the website www.coachidapp.com may be included access links to other websites that are unrelated to us. COACH ID shall not be liable for the collection and processing of personal data made through these websites, nor assume any responsibility with respect to such websites, namely as to their accuracy, credibility and functionalities. We are not liable for damages resulting from viruses that may infect the user's computer or network by virtue of access to our website.
